Fabien Pascal Menelas

Fabien Pascal Menelas began their career in law enforcement in 2006 with Essex Police, serving as a constable before transitioning to various investigative roles, including Detective Constable in the Technical Support Unit and Communications Data Investigator. After leaving the force in 2013, they worked in housing and fraud investigation for local government before joining HSBC, where they managed Anti-Money Laundering and later advanced to Head of Business Continuity & Incident Management and Protective Security. Currently, Fabien serves as the Country Head of Security Risk and BCIM at HSBC Bahrain, leveraging extensive experience in risk management and security across law enforcement and financial services. Fabien holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Counter Fraud and Criminal Justice.
