Frank Qin

Frank Qin is the Head of HR at HSBC Technology, where they have been implementing the HSBC Group people strategy since 2009. With a strong background in staff education and training, Frank has designed and delivered various talent and performance management programs and local learning initiatives. Prior to their current role, they served as a Learning & Development Manager at HSBC Data Processing, focusing on employee induction and culture change programs. Frank holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Change and Innovation and a Certified International Professional Trainer credential. They have also contributed to academia as a Professor at East China University of Science and Technology.
