Garima Malhotra is currently the Regional Leader of Talent Acquisition for MENA at HSBC, where they oversee recruitment strategies for front office businesses, including Wealth Private Banking and Corporate Banking. With more than a decade of experience, Garima previously held positions such as Head of Recruitment at Tanfeeth and Talent Fulfilment Specialist at Accenture. They hold a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, obtained in 2010. Throughout their career, Garima has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing recruitment processes and success in talent acquisition management.
