Ian Hammond

Ian Hammond is a seasoned professional in the field of cyber security, currently serving as the Cyber Security Delivery Lead UK at HSBC since October 2025. Prior roles include Information Security Manager at Pearson from December 2024 to September 2025, and Customer Security Manager at Getronics from June 2023 to November 2024. From September 2020 to May 2023, Ian was the Cyber Security Manager at Royal Mail and spent nearly two decades at HSBC from January 2001 to August 2020, holding various positions including Information Security Manager, Senior Information Security Risk Officer, Project Manager, and IT Support Analyst. Ian's career began with multiple roles in customer service and client liaison within HSBC Investment Funds Administration.
