James Whistler

James Whistler is currently a Senior Legal Counsel in HSBC’s M&A Legal team, with a focus on cross-border transactions. They previously served as Legal Counsel at Revolut and held positions as a Corporate Associate at Stevens & Bolton LLP and an Associate at Michelmores. James began their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor with Charles Russell Speechlys LLP and also worked as a Paralegal at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. They earned their LLB from The University of Birmingham and completed the LPC at The College of Law Bloomsbury.
