Jeffrey Pang

Jeffrey Pang is the Global Fraud Product & Delivery Lead at HSBC, where they drive end-to-end deliveries for Card Fraud and 3D-Secure across global markets. With a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Curtin University Malaysia, they have extensive project management expertise, holding certifications in AgilePM and Prince2. Previously, they served as a Senior Consultant at Capco, managing international fraud mitigation projects, and held various roles in project management and operations at companies such as IBM and Groupon. Jeffrey is also an avid marathoner, with aspirations to qualify for the Boston Marathon.
