Joe Dance is an accomplished Digital Transformation Programme Director with extensive experience in commercial banking and technology transformation. Currently at HSBC Commercial Banking since February 2018, Joe oversees the Execution and Delivery of HSBCnet across 52 countries, managing significant budgets and driving customer-facing digital enhancements. Prior roles include leadership positions at Royal Bank of Scotland International, where Joe successfully led crisis recovery efforts for a banking platform, and transformative initiatives at other leading financial institutions such as Barclays and Standard Chartered Bank. Joe holds a BA (Hons) in Transport Design from Coventry University.
