Julie Simpson Gray

Julie Simpson Gray is a passionate leader with over 20 years of experience in financial services and 16 years in People Development. Previously, at BNY Mellon, they held several key roles, including Head of Learning and Development, where they managed large teams and implemented transformative initiatives that enhanced employee development across the organization. Julie has a strong background in consulting, project management, and talent strategy, focusing on creating impactful learning experiences and driving diversity and inclusion goals. They earned a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of Aberdeen. Currently, Julie serves at HSBC as the Lead Learning Practitioner, where they continue to shape future skills and strategy.
