Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Distribution Campaigns & Events at HSBC Life, Kareen leads a dynamic team to create innovative events that engage and recognize the sales force. Previously, Kareen held leadership roles at AXA, Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, and L&M Constructions, where they executed large-scale corporate events and marketing campaigns. Kareen's early career included positions at SPRING Singapore and Asia Pacific Breweries, focusing on event management and public relations.
