Katherine Chan

Katherine Chan is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in credit risk management and leadership within asset management and private equity sectors. Currently serving as Director at HSBC since March 2021, Katherine has previously held roles as Associate Director and in various capacities including Vice President and Assistant Vice President in credit risk management. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Vice President for Hedge Fund Credit Risk Management at Citi and an extensive tenure at HSBC, which commenced in 2007. Katherine began her career in finance at Deutsche Bank and furthered her foundation with internships, including a role as an intern for the Deputy Chief Clerk at the Supreme Court of New York. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, graduating magna cum laude from New York University.
