Katherine Grantham

Katherine Grantham is an internationally experienced Chief Operating Officer with a diverse career in financial services. They began their professional journey as a Derivatives Broker at Prebon Yamane before advancing to senior roles at HSBC, including Head of Business Management for 18 European markets and Chief Operating Officer for HSBC South Africa. Currently, Katherine serves as the Head of Transformation for Cybersecurity at HSBC, leading initiatives focused on optimizing departmental performance. They are also the founder and co-chair of the Balance Employee Network, which promotes gender balance within HSBC.
