Monique Xie is the Global Head of WPB Non-Financial Risk Utility at HSBC, where they previously held roles including Senior Business Financial Crime Risk Manager and AVP of Customer Dual Diligence from 2015 to 2018. Before that, Monique managed departments in Credit Card Service and KYC and Card Telemarketing. They earned a Master’s degree in International Business from The University of Queensland in 2009.
