Nathan Pritchard is currently the Head of Transaction Management at HSBC UK. They qualified as an associate in Eversheds Finance Group in September 2009 after completing a BA in History at the University of Leeds and a Law degree at the College of Law. Pritchard has extensive experience in banking and finance, having worked on various corporate lending and acquisition finance projects, as well as a role as a secondee at Barclays. Prior to their current position, they served as Principal Associate at Eversheds Sutherland and held different Director roles in Transaction Management at HSBC.
