Nirav Shah is a seasoned program and project management professional with over 15 years of experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives across the banking, financial services, and consulting sectors. They held various roles at Citi, including Assistant Manager and Manager PMO in Strategy and Execution, and later served as Deputy Manager at Prudential Global Services Private Limited. Currently, Nirav is the Vice President at HSBC, demonstrating strong leadership in project delivery, PMO frameworks, and strategic change. Nirav completed a Credential of Readiness Program at Harvard Business School, earned a PMP® certification from PMI, and is pursuing a Certified Scrum Master designation from Scrum Alliance.
