Oliver Moloney is currently an Agile Delivery Lead at HSBC, where they drive the development of Agile maturity within the Financial Crime Value Stream to support the bank's transformation objectives. Oliver is also the Owner and Founder of Fine Tune Football™, a bespoke football coaching service aimed at bridging the skills gap between elite and grassroots players. With a solid educational background including a BA (Hons) in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Oliver has demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and a passion for innovation and delivery throughout their career. Previously, they worked as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Xpertise Recruitment Ltd and as a Camp Counselor, where they were recognized as 'Male Staff Member of the Year.'
