Shezana Boliya

Shezana Boliya currently serves as a Program Management Office Analyst at Phoenix Group since April 2023. Prior to this role, Shezana built extensive experience at TSB Bank from July 2013 to April 2023, progressing through multiple titles including PMO Delivery Assurance Manager and PMO Delivery Support. Earlier career experience includes a position as Operations Team Lead at Lloyds Bank from January 2012 to July 2013. Shezana holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Birmingham City University, completed in 2011, and a P3O Change Management qualification obtained in 2015 from TSB.
