Partho's expertise spans various HR functions, including strategic employee relations, risk mitigation, and fostering workplace engagement. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Industrial and Employment Relations from ITCILO and a PGP in HR from the Management Development Institute, alongside degrees in Law and Commerce from Banaras Hindu University.
