Prashant Bhaskar

Prashant Bhaskar currently serves as a Manager at HSBC, leading the MENAT & Germany OMRC team and spearheading the migration of the OMRC process from the Germany Valuation Control team to OMRC India. Prior to this role, Prashant worked as an Assistant Manager at HSBC, focusing on investigating suspicious trades to ensure compliance with MiFID regulations. Experience includes positions at Mercer as a Process Developer, where preparation of performance reports for pension plans was a key responsibility, and at BlackRock as an Analyst II, providing risk and returns reporting for various clients. Prashant began the career as an Equity Research Analyst at Perfect Research, conducting fundamental research on mid and small-cap stocks. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Applied Finance and Leadership & Strategy from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Prashant is also a CFA Level 1 candidate and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
