Raj Shekhar

Raj Shekhar is a seasoned professional with approximately 19 years of experience in Operations Management, Profit Centre Management, Business Development, and Human Resources. They currently serve as the Head of Performance & Reward Services at HSBC, where they lead HR Operations and oversee operational risk and internal control management. Previously, Raj held various managerial roles at ABN AMRO Bank and State Bank of India, where they contributed to significant operational improvements and client satisfaction. Raj earned an Executive MBA in Finance from S P Jain School of Global Management. Passionate about developing teams, Raj enjoys mentoring and follows sports, particularly cricket, in their spare time.
