Rajan Grover is currently the Site Lead for Migrations at HSBC Bangalore, overseeing a team responsible for migrations involving over 500 full-time equivalents across six sites. With more than 18 years of extensive experience in operations, transitions, and change management, Rajan has previously held roles at notable companies including Barclays Shared Services, where they served as Assistant Vice President, and GE Capital as a Senior Process Associate. Rajan is Prince 2 certified and is skilled in workflow design, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the Indian Institute of Professional Studies.
