Rasha Salama is currently the Head of Data Risk Management for the UAE and MENAT regions at HSBC, a position held since 2022. With over 18 years of experience in Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Rasha has undertaken various roles, including Regional Manager for Business Financial Crime Risk and Regional Head of Data Management at HSBC. Rasha has successfully led and implemented global and regional programs throughout the Middle East and Turkey. Rasha received educational training at CIMP in 2018.
