Rhian Bliss

Rhian Bliss is currently the Head of People Solutions & Advice at HSBC. Previously, Rhian held significant roles including Managing Director at AIG Financial Products and Barclays, where Rhian was involved in risk, finance, and compliance. Rhian also served as Chief Administrative Officer at NetOTC and contributed as an advisory panel member to the Welsh Government. Rhian's education includes a Master's degree in Chemistry from Balliol College, Oxford University, and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London.
