Ricardo Osuna

Ricardo Osuna is the Vice President of Operations at HSBC Mexico, where they oversee reporting, process monitoring, and project management for the Banking Middle Office. With extensive experience in the financial sector, they have participated in various international projects, including those in South America. Prior to their current role, they held positions as an Operational Risk Manager and Project Manager at HSBC, as well as Project Leader at both DACG and Dominion México. Ricardo began their career as an ABAP/4 Programmer at IBM de México and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
