Serena Shen has a diverse legal background with extensive experience in corporate and institutional banking. They began their career as a trainee solicitor and paralegal at Dentons before moving on to roles at DLA Phillips Fox and Clifford Chance LLP. From 2010 to 2016, Serena served as Legal Counsel at Lloyds Banking Group, where they focused on credit lending and liquidity products. Currently, Serena holds the position of Senior Legal Counsel at HSBC Global Banking and Markets and has recently taken on the role of Global Legal Head of Corporate Cards at HSBC. They obtained a Master of Laws from King’s College London and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Auckland.
