Stuart Riley is the Group Chief Information Officer for HSBC, where they lead a diverse team of approximately 50,000 technologists globally, focusing on simplifying the IT landscape and delivering HSBC's Digitise strategy. Previously, they held key roles at Citigroup, including Co-Chief Information Officer and Global Head of Institutional Client Group Technology, and managed significant technology operations at Deutsche Bank and RBS. Stuart is also a member of BP’s Digital Advisory Council and has contributed as a board member at Quantexa. They founded TAG Consulting and have served as an advisor for HiveNet, promoting environmentally friendly cloud services. Stuart graduated from Bournemouth University in 1996.
