Stuart Warner possesses extensive experience in the financial services sector, primarily in custody and asset servicing roles. Since April 2009, Stuart has held multiple leadership positions at HSBC, including Head of Strategy and Change for Custody and Clearing & Settlements, as well as Head of Direct Custody and Clearing Product across Europe, MENAT, and the Americas. Prior experience includes roles at Citi as VP of Corporate Actions and at Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities encompassed VP roles in Global Asset Servicing and corporate actions management. Stuart began a career in corporate actions at Chase and Bankers Trust Company, demonstrating a strong foundation in asset services and operations. Education was completed at Bournemouth School.
