Vaishali Kadam

Vaishali Kadam is the Global Head of Storage and Data Protection Platform in the Chief Technology Officer organization at HSBC, where they develop and implement robust data protection strategies aligned with the bank's technological objectives. With over two decades of experience in the IT industry, Vaishali has previously held leadership positions at Riverbed Technology and NetApp, managing technical support teams and driving customer satisfaction. They began their career as a Technical Support Engineer at Wipro Spectramind and later worked at Veritas Technologies, where they managed large teams and delivered high-quality customer support. Vaishali earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Padmashree Dr. D.Y. Patil Women's College of Engineering and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Cusrow Wadia Institute of Technology.
