Prior to HSBC, Varsha was a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting LLP, contributing to diverse projects across insurance and banking sectors. They graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, and advocate for the power of diversity, having been born in India and raised in Bahrain.
