Victoria Ashman

Victoria Ashman (née Leigh) is currently an Associate Director at HSBC, where they lead global initiatives to enhance non-financial risk management and E-Trading controls. With a strong background in operational risk management, Victoria previously held leadership roles, including Head of UK Risk and Head of European Client Risk at ABN AMRO, where they implemented inclusive policies and innovative risk management strategies. They began their career in product development and have cultivated expertise in stakeholder management and governance throughout their tenure in financial services. Victoria earned a First Class degree in International Economics from the University of Nottingham.
