With extensive experience at major consulting firms, Vivien oversaw large-scale system implementations and process re-engineering projects, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Vivien holds an MBA from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Warwick, alongside professional qualifications including HKICPA and PMP.
