Wee Leng LEE

Wee Leng LEE has extensive experience in tax advisory, primarily within the financial services sector. Starting as a Managing Consultant at PwC from May 2004 to January 2008, Wee Leng provided international corporate tax advisory services, focusing on cross-border corporate restructurings. Following this, a tenure at KPMG China as a Tax Manager from February 2008 to October 2012 involved advising financial services clients on tax matters related to divestments and mergers and acquisitions across Asia Pacific. Subsequently, Wee Leng served as Regional Senior Tax Manager for Global Banking and Markets at HSBC from October 2012 to July 2018, delivering tax advisory across various banking sectors. Currently, as a Senior Tax Manager at HSBC since August 2018, responsibilities include tax advisory for multiple banking divisions and support for securitization trust establishments. Education includes a recent program at Monash University in 2023.
