Liza Rajan Sleeba

Liza Rajan Sleeba is an experienced project manager currently serving as a Senior Assistant Technical Services Officer at the Health Service Executive since September 2024. Prior to this role, Liza was a Projects Manager at Phasor Maintenance from June 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included planning and overseeing projects, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Liza also held the position of Planned Preventive Maintenance Administrator, managing maintenance for over 150 sites and handling Service Desk tickets. Liza began the career as a Junior Quantity Surveyor at BRM Building Ltd from February 2020 to May 2021, assisting in cost estimates and conducting site visits. Liza holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology, completed in 2018, and a Leaving Certificate from the Central Board of Secondary Education.
