Philippa Ryan Withero is currently the Assistant National Director of Integrated Health Workforce Planning at Health Service Executive and has served as the Deputy Chief Nursing Officer at the Department of Health since 2014. Previously, Philippa worked as the Assistant Director of Nursing for Nursing Workforce Planning at Tallaght Hospital Dublin from 2013 to 2014. Philippa holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's in Nursing Science from Trinity College, Dublin, as well as a Diploma in Health Economics with First Class Honours from the Institute of Public Administration and a Professional Doctorate in Nursing Workforce Planning from the University of Sunderland.
