Yaroslav Kuzminov

Yaroslav Kuzminov holds a Diploma in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 1992, in cooperation with Dr. Evgeny Yasin, Dr. Kuzminov proposed to the Russian Government the establishment of a new type of higher education institution — the Higher School of Economics — and thus he became the youngest rector of a state university in the Russian Federation.
