Alexis Paul Tzannis

Alexis Paul Tzannis has extensive work experience in various roles related to business development and sales. Alexis Paul has worked as the Head of Business Development at HSE•AG since 2023. Prior to that, they served as Sales EMEA at NIL Technology from 2021 to 2023. From 2006 to 2021, they worked at IMT Microtechnologies as a Business Development Manager in the Life Sciences sector, where they played a key role in identifying new sales markets and initiating strategic projects. Alexis Paul also worked as an Area Sales Manager at Trafag AG from 2004 to 2006 and as a Sales Engineer & Product Manager at GMP SA from 2003 to 2004. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Business Development Manager at ALTRAN / De Simone & Osswald from 2000 to 2002, where they established a new Technology Consulting team. Alexis Paul started their professional journey as a Project Manager at Paul Scherrer Institute from 1997 to 2000, specializing in high-pressure, high-temperature cells and laser-diagnostic methods. Alexis Paul began their career as an Engineer at Ibsen Microstructures A/S from 1991 to 1993, where they were responsible for purchase and setting up a clean-room laboratory.

Alexis Paul Tzannis earned a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from ETH Zürich from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1991, they pursued a M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering and Optics at DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
