Mahinda Pathirana is an experienced professional with over 12 years in project management, currently serving as Head of Support & Enterprise Delivery at hSenid Business Solutions since June 2004, where responsibilities include leadership and management of daily operations and development of operational procedures to address global and local challenges. Mahinda Pathirana also holds the position of Head of Enterprise Delivery at PeoplesHR and serves as a Visiting Lecturer for Human Resource Information Systems at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, contributing expertise in leveraging information systems to enhance organizational productivity. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, an ITIL® Foundation Certificate, and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from University College Dublin, among other certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Agile Project Management.
