Michelle Sevilla, MPA

Michelle Sevilla, MPA has nine years of experience working in a variety of roles within the healthcare industry. Michelle started their career as a Patient Service Representative with Baylor Scott & White Health. Then, they worked as a Public Health Specialist for the City of Austin. Later on, Michelle worked for Lone Star Circle of Care as a Community Outreach Coordinator where they were responsible for coordinating various health initiatives. Michelle then became the HEALTH EQUITY DIRECTOR at the American Heart Association, where they managed all health programs. Furthermore, Michelle worked as a Grant and Sustainability Coordinator at Williamson County. Before that, Michelle was a Senior Evaluation Consultant at Aspire Evaluation Group. Most recently, Michelle worked at Ascension, a healthcare provider, as a Clinical Outcomes Consultant where they collaborated with executive leadership to develop strategic goals to help increase patient volume and promote growth. Additionally, Michelle held the position of Senior Consultant, Customer Enablement & Data Insights at Olive, where they created collateral for clients with supported evidence-based research and data insights to reduce OR costs and improve patient outcomes. Presently, Michelle is a Manager, Claims Data Analytics at HSG Advisors, where they focus on successful implementation and management of client relationships through effective communication, growth strategy and data insights to drive value and increased ROI.

Michelle Sevilla received a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz in Women's Studies and Latino American Studies in 2007. In 2014, they obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from California State University, Northridge with a focus on Public Sector Management and Leadership.
