Patrick Small

Patrick Small currently serves as the Manager for the Emergency Department, Cardiopulmonary, Emergency Management, and The Sleep Center at HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital Highland, a role held since February 2021. Prior positions include Charge Nurse and Staff Nurse in the Emergency Department at the same hospital, as well as Registered Nurse at Anderson Hospital from January 2016 to September 2021. Patrick also has extensive experience as a Flight Paramedic, having worked at St. Louis Children's Hospital and Air Methods. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and enrollment in a Master's program for Nursing Management/Administration at McKendree University, anticipated to be completed in June 2025.
