Sonja M. is an accomplished nursing educator with extensive experience in various roles within the healthcare education sector. Currently serving as the Assistant Dean of Nursing at Joyce University since August 2024, Sonja previously held the position of Nursing Instructor at Chamberlain University while also working as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner at MIDWEST EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT SERVICES INC from June 2022 to August 2024. Prior to this, Sonja worked as a Clinical Educator at HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital Highland from March 2021 to July 2022. Sonja holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nursing Education from Chamberlain University, a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Illinois Springfield.
