Chad Birckelbaw

Chad Birckelbaw, CPCU, ARM, currently serves as the CEO of HSI since May 2016, where the company provides comprehensive EHS, safety training, and software solutions for businesses. In addition, Chad holds the position of Operating Partner at Waud Capital Partners and serves as a Board Member for Career Certified, both since 2022. Previously, Chad was the Principal at CJB Consulting Services, LLC, assisting B2B clients with strategic business planning, and served as President and CEO of FairPay Solutions, fostering significant growth and client engagement from 2006 to 2014. Early career experience includes a decade at State Farm Insurance, where Chad managed commercial underwriting services teams. Chad earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Illinois State University from 1988 to 1992.
