Sahil Sood

Sahil Sood has a diverse work experience. Sahil currently serves as the Head Retail (AGM) - Glass & Polymer Business at AGI Greenpac, where they are responsible for building business operations in B2B & B2C markets, with a focus on expanding the Glass & PET categories. Previously, Sahil worked at Essilor India Pvt. Ltd. as the Business Head, overseeing the company's P&L. Sahil also has experience as a Co-Founder at The Optical Hut Pvt. Ltd. Sahil has worked at L'Oréal as a Sr. Manager, where they managed business operations for luxury brands in India and neighboring markets. Additionally, they held positions at Foresight Vision Care Company Private Limited, where they served as Head of Retail & Director, and at Killer Jeans as a Sr. Executive in the Modern Trade department.

Sahil Sood completed their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Himachal Pradesh University from 1999 to 2001. Sahil pursued their MBA in General Management, Sales & Marketing, and Operations from AICAR Business School between 2002 and 2004. Recently, in 2022, they obtained a certification in "Working Backwards" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and another certification in "Situational Leadership" from The Center for Leadership Studies. Additionally, Sahil obtained a Certificate in Retail Marketing & Operations from K J Somaiya Institute of Management in 2012. Currently, Sahil is enrolled in the GMP program at the Indian School of Business, which they started in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2023.
