Andrew Nicholls has diverse work experience in the sales and marketing field. Andrew started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Formwood in 1994. Andrew then worked as a Sales Representative for Burgess Architectural Products before it was sold to Xerxes Equity and became part of BurgessCEP. Andrew joined Rockfon A/S as a Senior Technical Consultant where they built strong relationships and significantly increased sales in the South West/Wales region. Andrew then moved to CEP Ceilings Ltd, where they held various roles including Business Development Manager, Healthcare Manager, National Sales Manager, and Sales Director. During their time at CEP Ceilings, they strengthened the company's market position and developed key partnerships with main contractors. After the acquisition of Burgess Architectural Products, Andrew became the Sales Director for BurgessCEP, and later served as the Managing Director. Andrew played a pivotal role in integrating and launching two manufacturing businesses, achieving significant EBITDA growth, improving sales performance, reducing overheads, and managing financial aspects of the business. Most recently, Andrew became the Sales and Marketing Director at hsl Compliance Ltd, where they oversee the delivery of water hygiene solutions.
Andrew Nicholls attended Wrexham University from 1991 to 1994, where they received a HND in Business & Finance with a specialization in Marketing. The field of study for their degree was in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
