Elaina Kilker

Elaina Kilker is a legal assistant at the Home School Legal Defense Association since May 2023, with prior experience in various governmental and editorial roles. As Editor in Chief and Associate Editor for the Caspian International Affairs Project from August 2022 to May 2023, Elaina coordinated editorial efforts and met publication deadlines. Elaina also gained valuable experience through positions at the U.S. House of Representatives and the United States Senate, where responsibilities included constituent interaction, policy research, and office support. Earlier experience includes conducting government simulation camps with Generation Joshua and researching legislation with the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Elaina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government: International Politics and Policy from Patrick Henry College.
