Fernanda Dutra is a communication specialist and the creator of the Non-Violent Innovation Method, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Currently, they serve as a Senior Consultant at Insight Company and are a guest professor at UFSCar, where they teach communication. Over the years, they have been a mentor, trainer, and author of several books, including "Efeito Melão" and "Inovação Não Violenta." They hold multiple certifications in areas such as neuroscience, coaching, and positive psychology, complemented by degrees in Business Administration and Fine Arts.
