Cindy Bortnick

Cindy Bortnick is a seasoned professional in organizational transformation with significant experience in human resources and knowledge management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at OLIVIA Global since December 2022, Cindy previously held various leadership roles at Metro de Santiago S.A. from September 2012 to January 2022, including Head of Corporate Knowledge Management and HR Business Partner.
