Henrique Pistilli

Henrique Pistilli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership consulting and executive education. As the co-founder, consultant, and facilitator at IMUA Escola do Mar, da Natureza e da Vida since 2012, Henrique has developed innovative programs that foster authentic leadership and organizational wellness. Henrique also serves as a mentor for C-level executives through Top2You, achieving high evaluation scores since 2017. In addition, Henrique is a credentialed consultant at Phi Assessment, focusing on organizational growth through effective management practices. Previously, Henrique contributed to Globosat as a television presenter, co-creating a program that popularized bodysurfing in Brazil. Henrique has co-founded Impulso Emerge, driving leadership transformation projects, and engaged in senior consultancy roles at EcoSocial and AIESEC where development and cultural exchange have been a focus. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
