Billie Kathleen Eales

Billie Kathleen Eales is a seasoned professional in the field of food safety and quality management, currently serving as the Director of Quality and Food Safety at HSN since March 2017, where responsibilities include implementing quality certificate audits and managing HACCP systems. Billie has previously worked as a Quality Control and Food Safety Manager at Maisan Labs, overseeing HACCP and prerequisite program management from October 2017 to September 2020. Additional experience includes roles as a Laboratory Technician at ScientifEQ, where diagnostic tests were conducted on various animal samples, and as a Technical Translator for both private individuals and RAPSODEE, focusing on scientific texts. Billie holds a Master’s degree in Food Safety from CESIF, a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from the Universidad de Granada, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the same institution.
