Brian Lounds is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial leadership and business operations. Currently serving as the Business Unit Director and EVP of Finance for HSO since January 2021, Lounds transitioned to this role following the acquisition of sa.global's former US operations. Prior to HSO, Lounds held multiple leadership positions at SAGlobal, including CFO and CEO for the Americas, where responsibilities included overseeing financial strategy and operations until January 2021. Lounds also served as Principal at Greenlight BTS, LLC from 2005 to 2014. Lounds earned a degree from Michigan State University between 1985 and 1990.
