Hannah Farley

Hannah Farley, MSOD, CCMP, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Change Advisory at HSO since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Global OCM Consultant at Onebridge, where a global OCM strategy was developed for a digital transformation in the automotive sector, and Principal/Managing Director at Outgrowth Consulting, focusing on enhancing organizational and digital transformation outcomes. At Hitachi Solutions America, positions included Vice President of Advisory Services and various leadership roles in Change Advisory Services, overseeing organizational change management for large-scale implementations. Additionally, roles at the University of Kentucky involved finance and organizational development, while Lexmark required managing global OCM for system enhancements. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville.
