Paul Kerrigan

Paul Kerrigan is an experienced professional in programme management, currently serving as the Director of Programmes at HSO since March 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at Microsoft from March 2014 to March 2022, including Delivery Director and Programme Manager, where responsibilities spanned complex programme management and delivery within the Dynamics AX Centre of Excellence. Paul’s career began at Hopewiser as a Pre Sales Consultant and continued at Maginus from September 2006 to February 2014, where Paul served as Head of Services and Head of Project Management, overseeing project management teams and programme management initiatives. Educationally, Paul holds an MSc in Computer Science with Business Studies from Staffordshire University and a BA in Theology from Trinity and All Saints College.
